Who Is Eman Esfandi? All We Know about the Actor Who Stars as Ezra Bridger in 'Ahsoka'
Eman Esfandi is slowly building his name in the entertainment industry. Besides acting, he is passionate about music and released several tracks on Spotify. The actor has ignited curiosity and excitement with his role as Ezra Bridger in the highly anticipated series "Ahsoka."
Since joining the entertainment industry, Eman Esfandi's fan base has grown bigger. Not only are fans interested in his career, significantly as the galaxy of "Star Wars" expands with new stories and characters, but also his personal life.
Eman Esfandi began his acting career a few years back, appearing in several shorts, including "A Palestinian Christmas," "Death by Script," "Why We Fight," "I Am Mackenzie," and "Day Trip." He also appeared in "Phaedra," "King Richard," "Red 11," and "The Inspection."
However, the promising actor's career is just getting started. Most recently, he joined the Star Wars Universe's "Star Wars: Ahsoka" live-action cast as Ezra Bridger.
Eman will continue the role of Taylor Gray, who voiced the character in "Star Wars Rebels." The role will be the actor's character's live-action debut in the series set to be released in late August 2023.
Eman Esfandi Became an Actor in College
While he is succeeding in his acting career, the actor did not always plan to pursue this path. He first got into the craft will obtaining his Economics degree at the University of Texas.
At that time, his friend recommended an acting workshop, which suggested that Eman entered the industry. He then auditioned for a role in a thesis film, and the rest was history. He also tried his hand at directing and had his first short, "Pepito," licensed to HBO.

In a previous interview, Eman opened up about his Muslim-American character in "The Inspection" and how he related to it. Born and raised in Texas, the 9/11 event impacted his childhood. Because of this, his connection to the character made him a better fit for the role. He shared:
"When I was younger it wasn’t as noticeable, but by the time I was in high school, I could better see the micro-aggressions that my being half-Persian, or my father being from Iran, would incite."
Eman Esfandi Is Also a Musician
Besides acting, Eman is also a musician performing under the name DragonWulf. His songs are shared on Spotify with thousands of listeners for some tracks.
His interest in music stemmed from his delight in slam poetry and spoken word. Some artists he draws inspiration from are Drake, J. Cole, Childish Gambino, Eminem, Lil Wayne, and Kendrick Lamar. He debuted his first EP, "Emancipation," on September 26, 2020.
"That first EP isn't even up anymore, to [the] dismay of my family that really loved it," he revealed. "I learned so much about music [over] a year. The EP was my intro to music."
Eman Esfandi Family Supports Him
Eman's parents are supportive of his pursuits. They don't shy away from posting their sweet moments on social media, including the actor's father's Instagram post where he celebrated with his son.
His sister, Tammy, also posted a tribute to her brother on Instagram. She penned a sweet caption praising him alongside a video compilation of their best memories. In a different post, Tammy talked about how lucky she was to have the best family she could ask for.
Since becoming a star, fans have wondered who Eman Esfandi's girlfriend is. However, the actor leads a private life and only posts work-related content or solo pictures on Instagram.
