Miley Cyrus’ Plastic Surgery Rumors Reignited as Her Face Looked ‘Enhanced’ in a 2022 Pic
Miley Cyrus' plastic surgery rumors swirled on the internet after a 2022 photograph of the artist resurfaced. Plastic surgeons weighed in on the actress' enhanced features, believing she had some cosmetic help in the past years.
As someone who grew up in the entertainment industry, Miley Cyrus is no stranger to rumors and judgment from fans and critics alike. While she doesn't often mind the noise, Cyrus has been finding herself in controversies involving plastic surgery.
A few weeks ago, a Reddit post reignited discussions about whether the former Disney star underwent cosmetic surgery. The photo in question was a 2022 snapshot the actress shared during Miley's New Year's Eve Party, which she hosted with Dolly Parton.
Fans Believe Miley Cyrus Looked Different in a Picture
In the photo, Cyrus' face looked contoured and slim. Fans claimed she "enhanced" herself and followed Madonna's footsteps as the singer was also accused of going under the knife. One fan believes Cyrus had buccal fat removal in the cheeks, hence the contoured face and defined jawline.
In 2015, fans started believing that Cyrus got lip injections, a rumor that again resurfaced in 2020.

Rumors of Miley Cyrus' Plastic Surgery Have Been Circulating for over a Decade
Rumors about the "Hannah Montana" star having cosmetic procedures done have been around since 2011. Back then, the singer reportedly enhanced her breasts with implants, a rumor that resurfaced in 2021. However, Cyrus denied the gossip on Twitter. She said:
"Thank you for the compliment, but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"
In 2015, fans started believing that Cyrus got lip injections, a rumor that again resurfaced in 2020. However, even before the gossip began, Cyrus claimed in a Tweet that she did not get her lips injected.
Plastic surgeons weighed in on Cyrus' new features in 2020, following the success of her "Plastic Hearts" album. According to celebrity cosmetic injector Heather Rohrer, Cyrus likely had fillers under her eyes and cheeks that helped with her mid-face lift and softer smile lines.

Plastic surgeons Dr. Frank Agullo and Dr. Pam Agullo also believe Cyrus' chiseled face happened through cosmetic procedures. Dr. Frank said:
"[It] seems like she has had jawline contouring [...] commonly achieved with fillers. Her nose looks somewhat narrower along the bridge, something that can easily be done with makeup contouring or also with fillers."
Miley Cyrus Works Hard to Stay Youthful and in Shape
Regardless of Cyus' alleged procedures, the superstar does her part in maintaining good skin and a fit body. She learned to care for her skin through the years, especially after acne breakouts. She has a disciplined skincare routine, which includes acne cream, among other products.
Cyrus also leads an active lifestyle to stay in shape. Her workouts include ViPR, TRX training, group exercises, and dance. She also prioritizes her mental health, affecting her internal and external well-being.

Cyrus has been in the limelight since childhood and has learned much from her experiences. "Now that I'm an adult, I realize how harshly I was judged," she said. "I was harshly judged as a child by adults, and now, as an adult, I realize that I would never harshly judge a child."
Miley Cyrus recently released a new album, "Endless Summer Vacation," which was rumored to be filled with hints of her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth's infidelity.
