'Doesn't Even Look Like Her': Madonna Posts New 'Heavily Edited' Photo
Madonna's new photo on Instagram shows her hugging a pink rose wall with her hair in a braid. Commenters put her age closer to 12 than her 64 years.
"'A single rose can be my garden. A single friend my world,'" Madonna quoted author Leo Buscaglia in the July 18, 2023 post. "Thank You," she added. "How many filters dies one need you [to] make them look as though they are 12 years old?" an Insta user demanded
One responded, "I was literally just thinking she looks 12!" The singer posted a photo that looked closer to her age a few hours later on Instagram Stories.
A third added, "I just don't understand why she thinks making herself look like she's 12 years old or 20 when she's like, what, 70/60? I don't even know how old she is, LOL, but she is awesome…" Another agreed, "Looks like a teenager."
"Who's that girl? No, seriously, who is that? Lol," a person asked. "Your Mother!" one replied, invoking the term fans use for revered celebrities. "That was my first thought, I was like... this photo must be heavily edited... doesn't even look like her," one agreed.
A week ago, the "Material Girl" singer thanked her fans for their "positive energy" and prayers during her medical emergency that had her in the ER for a few days at the end of June.
