Ingrid Rinck Is a Proud Mom of Three Kids
Ingrid Rinck is a proud mom of three: Rhett, Rocky, and Georgie. Rhett and Rocky are her sons from a previous relationship, while Georgie is her daughter with Tyrus. With their unique family arrangement, it's clear that she loves all of them. Ingrid once dedicated an Instagram post for them that read:
"The one true love that never stops, never breaks, never waivers is the love I have for each of you."
Rhett recently graduated from Mandeville High School in Louisiana, and Ingrid is elated that her son has reached this significant milestone. Additionally, she warmly celebrated Rocky's recent "diaversary."
Rocky, currently a high school senior, was diagnosed with type one diabetes nine years ago, and she credited insulin and medical devices for his well-being and survival today.
Georgie got a sweet shoutout from her mom on National Daughter's Day in 2022 when her mom shared a pic of them that she captioned, "My gorgeous girl."
Quite often, Ingrid's little girl accompanies them on trips away from home. The latest journey took them to Montana, where they viewed a piece of land that Ingrid and Tyrus bought recently.
A blended family, Ingrid is a mom of three, which includes daughter Georgie, whom she shares with Tyrus. Ingrid is also a stepmom to two stepdaughters and a stepson, making them six kids all in all.
Ingrid said her husband could have continued his career until he reached a hundred years old, but he decided to prioritize being present for his family.
Ingrid Rinck Is a Devoted Fitness Maven
On top of balancing parenthood, Ingrid is a fitness guru who has over two decades of fitness training. She founded the meal prep company Sensible Meals and developed The Rinck Routine.
Sensible Meals is one of the largest healthy meal preparation companies in the United States. She found this after her son's diabetes diagnosis and after overcoming her struggles with eating and weight loss.
The Rinck Routine, also called TRR, is a fitness program she created that focuses on gentle movement to heal the body. This routine blends dance, Pilates, and yoga to promote fluid movement.
A revered fitness icon in her forties, Ingrid regards her routine as a commitment to self-care. During her weight loss journey, she lost 150 pounds naturally.
Ingrid is dedicated to encouraging women and fellow mothers who work full-time to embrace regular workouts. Her well-designed routine allows them to exercise from the comfort of their homes without the need to go to the gym.
She consistently shares her fitness routines, motivational words, and positive affirmations on her Instagram account. Often, she generously offers free access to her weekly routines.
Although Ingrid initially designed her home workouts with mothers and older women in mind, they have unexpectedly evolved into a source of shared bonding. An example of this was when she engaged in a workout session with her daughter, Georgie.
