Over the years, the price of the estate has shot up, and it could now cost ten times more.

When George bought the villa, he thought he would only be spending a few weeks there vacationing, but he fell in love with the place. The massive home has 25 rooms, a swimming pool, a full gym, a tennis court, a large garage, a pizza room, and several Italian charm and ornate detailing.

Amal and George were also seen on a late date night out as they dined on the balcony of the lavish Grand Hotel Tremezzo.

When George decided to make Lake Como his home, this also drew tourist attention to the area.
