Why Christina Aguilera Is Not a Fan of the 'Frozen Face' Look
Christina Aguilera recently shared her perspective on cosmetic enhancements, specifically injectable treatments. She said she is quite a "pretty preserved person" but suggested that sometimes, a little help from these treatments can be useful.
Aguilera believes that expressing authentic emotions on stage is crucial. To enhance her stage presence and boost her confidence, she opted for a procedure involving Xeomin injections.

By undergoing the treatment, she can maintain a natural appearance, effectively conveying her genuine emotions both on and off the stage. Aguilera explained:
"I don't want to have a frozen face. Whether it's being on-camera or performing onstage, I have to stay authentic to my emotion."
Aguilera also expressed how important it is to be honest about one's actions, as long as it's within their comfort zone. She mentioned that everyone should make choices that suit them without judgment.

She also emphasized her cautious approach, prioritizing the safety of the substances injected into her body. She finds this particularly important given her active and vibrant lifestyle.
Aguilera remains open to exploring new avenues to boost her self-confidence, all while also aiming to shift the perception of aging.
Christina Aguilera's Evolving Appearance in Recent Years
In 2020, YouTube star Lorry Hill, who is familiar with cosmetic enhancements herself, shared insights into Aguilera's recent body transformations and what procedures she thought the star may have had.
Hill pointed out that Aguilera seems to have undergone chest augmentation using saline implants in the early 2000s. She mentioned Aguilera's second nose job, which resulted in a thinner bridge and nostrils. She also saw noticeable changes to Aguilera's eyelids, which have higher creases and tighter skin, possibly due to an upper blepharoplasty, also called eyelid surgery.
Hill speculated that the singer might have had a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) to enhance her buttocks. This transformation gave the pop star an hourglass and curvaceous appearance, with rounder and higher buttocks that didn't follow a natural curve.
The Popstar's Thoughts on Embracing the Beauty of Aging
Aguilera remains open to exploring new avenues to boost her self-confidence, all while also aiming to shift the perception of aging. She said viewing aging in a negative light is a "super old-school approach."
She believed that aging is a personal journey, and what works for one person may not work for another. Reflecting on the different stages of her life, Aguilera appreciates the idea that each stage is a "new era," and now she values feeling more self-assured with age.

During her 40th birthday celebration, Aguilera took to Instagram to mark the occasion, and she shared her reflections on reaching such an important milestone.
In Aguilera's message, she has embraced getting older despite the social stigma surrounding it. She also takes pride in being an old soul and the wisdom and beauty that each new year brings.
She emphasized the importance of courage, growth, and discovering a more profound sense of purpose as one age. She mused about freedom and clarity accompanying the passage of time, firmly believing that the best experiences and achievements are still ahead of her.
She expressed her readiness to embrace whatever lies ahead with open arms. Aguilera feels deep gratitude for her family, including her "baby boy and girl," for the love and support they've provided her over the years.
The artist is a mom of two children: son Max Liron and daughter Summer Rain Rutler. Aguilera shares her son with her ex-husband, Jordan Bratman, while she shares her daughter with her fiancé, Matthew Rutler.
Aguilera acknowledged the extra scrutiny female performers face regarding their appearance and cosmetics. She empathized with those affected by public pressures and blamed them on outdated beauty standards and societal stigmas.
Aguilera's journey in the industry began at the age of six. She was notable for sharing the spotlight with her former "Mickey Mouse Club" co-stars, Britney Spears, Ryan Gosling, and JC Chasez.
Having been in the industry since childhood, Aguilera understands that criticism and negative attention are inevitable, especially as one's fame and success increase. Amid her sensitivity, she remains resilient in facing these challenges head-on.
