Marshall was born in Fort Worth City, where his father, Ron, performed comedy shows. His mother is Lori Brice Exline. Marshall's name was inspired by an amplifier, a unique and intriguing choice that reflects his father's distinctive sense of humor.

In his book, Ron vividly describes a moment from Marshall's childhood when Marshall exuded enthusiasm as a young child. At the tender age of five, he delighted in being "very cool" at that age, finding excitement in the simple fact that he was old enough to wear a seat belt.

Before her current role, she served as a Speech Language Pathologist-Clinical fellow in Giddings, Texas, from 2021 to 2023. She earned an M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology from Stephen F. Austin State University as part of the Class of 2021.

Rachel also holds a B.S. in Communication Disorders from Texas State University, where she completed her studies in 2019. She also pursued French language studies at Austin Community College District, graduating in 2016.
