Though the whole family looked beautiful and picturesque, one of Patrick's twin sons caught the attention of many. Darby, who is now 17 years old, had the public gushing and swooning over his appearance, which fans say bears a striking resemblance to his handsome dad.
When people saw the photo of the good-looking teen, many marveled at how much he and Patrick look alike. IOne fan commented, "OMG! His son, the one on the right side of the photo, is his clone! 😳😳."
Another fan likened Darby to the dashing character his dad played on the hit series "Grey's Anatomy" and dubbed him "the next McDreamy."

Being praised for good looks seems to be something that runs in the family as Darby's paternal look-alike was deemed People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive." For years, the 58-year-old was featured in the pop culture outlet's magazine, but only as a runner-up.
When he finally won the title, he joked about his ego being bumped up and spoke about his plan to use the platform to promote something positive. Patrick, who initially laughed in disbelief that he had won, shared the following words about how he feels concerning the title: "I'm glad it's happening at this point in my life. It's nice to have the recognition."
When asked how his kids would react, the star mentioned how they would most likely poke fun at him and jokingly tease him about why he shouldn't have won.
