Kirk Cameron took to social media to celebrate his daughter's birthday, who is expecting her firstborn - a double celebration that made the actor feel "so proud."

Famous actor Kirk Cameron, 53, recently shared some exciting news about a new addition to the Cameron family. Yesterday, he took to Instagram to reveal that his daughter, Ahna Cameron Bower, is expecting a baby girl.

In the picture he posted, he and his daughter stand side-by-side while positioned next to a green vehicle as they smile and pose for the camera.

The caption composed by the "Like Father Like Son" star spoke to how excited he is to become a grandad and emphasized how excited he and Ahna's mom, Chelsea Noble, are for their daughter. Ahna and her husband, Austin Bower, revealed they are expecting by showing a baby onesie with the baby's due date printed on the front in a video she shared on her social media account last year on the day after Christmas. Later on in the video, the mom-to-be also showed off her baby bump as she and Austin did a baby gender reveal by pulling on a cord attached to a heart-shaped piñata, which then burst with pink confetti.

Ahna, who was once described as "delightful...warm and personable" by her colleague, Kay Bolliger, tied the knot with Austin in 2021.
