Kelly Osbourne and her partner made their red carpet debut at a recent entertainment industry event. The star's boyfriend sparked reactions from the public because of what he wore.

This year's Grammys showed a lot of unique looks from stars who attended. One such star was iconic TV personality Kelly Osbourne's partner. Sid Wilson, from the famous metal band Slipknot, stole the show with his unusual and avant-garde ensemble, which included a black latex gas mask covering his entire face.

Along with his face accessory, Wilson, the father of Osbourne's son, Sidney, wore a pin-striped black suit and a detailed patterned scarf. Osbourne opted for a black strapless dress with mesh detailing on the upper half and wore her purple locks in curls down her back.

Many found it strange that Wilson was wearing a mask, despite others explaining that a mask is a prominent feature for Slipknot band members to wear. Discussing the symptoms and her newfound understanding of dietary health, Osbourne commented, "I had terrible terrible, terrible heartburn, acid reflux, my feet were swelling, and I was having rapid weight gain, and I was like, 'I don't understand this, I'm not eating enough to make this add up, what's happening?'"
