Prince Harry took great care in designing Meghan's ring for their engagement. The ring features two diamonds that belonged to his late mother, Princess Diana. This thoughtful inclusion was aimed at making sure Diana was part of this joyous occasion. The central diamond of the ring comes from Botswana, a country that holds special significance for Harry and Meghan.

The band itself is made of yellow gold, which is Meghan's favorite, according to Prince Harry. Upon receiving the ring, Meghan remarked on Harry's thoughtfulness. She stated that it was deeply meaningful to have a piece of Harry's mother, whom she never met, included in her ring.

Meghan shared that the proposal was "an amazing surprise," describing it as "so sweet and natural and very romantic." Harry recounted the moment with fondness, revealing that Meghan was so excited she didn't even let him finish proposing before saying yes. "She didn't even let me finish. She said 'Can I say yes,'" Harry added with a smile.
Following her eager acceptance, there were hugs and an endearing exchange about the ring. "I said 'Can I give you the ring?'. She said: 'Oh, yes, the ring'," Harry recalled, highlighting the spontaneous and genuine joy of the moment. Harry later noted, "And I think I managed to catch you by surprise as well."
As fans continue to scrutinize the changes noticed in recent photos, the ring's evolution remains a topic of lively discussion. There has been no official comment on whether the ring has been modified.

Meghan and Prince Harry's recent outing was definitely eventful. However, its aim was for a serious issue as the funds raised will be used to cover the needs of children and young people living in Lesotho, who are affected by poverty, inequality, and HIV/AIDS.
Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho co-founded Sentebale to help the southern African nation. Sentebale, derived from the Sesotho language of Lesotho, translates to "forget-me-not" and symbolizes a commitment to supporting and remembering vulnerable children in need.
