Sole Beneficiary of Hulk Hogan's Multi-Million Fortune Revealed – Details
A court document shows the late pro wrestler named one heir to inherit his wealth, leaving netizens to wonder if that person might share the inheritance with his family.
Nick Hogan has been named sole beneficiary of his late father Hulk Hogan's $5 million in assets, court documents show. The filings confirm that neither Hulk's daughter, Brooke Hogan, nor his wife, Sky Daily, were included, raising questions about the family's inheritance and estate planning.

According to Florida court documents obtained by Us Weekly on September 9, 2025, Nick, 35, filed paperwork seeking to be appointed co-personal representative of the estate. He also nominated Terry McCoy as curator.

In his filing, Nick said a curator was needed to handle the estate's legal matters, including a lawsuit against radio host Bubba the Love Sponge.
On September 2, he filed a federal lawsuit on behalf of the estate to block the release of a documentary featuring Hulk's sex tape, alleging it violates his copyrights. He proposed McCoy as curator to help oversee the case and other related issues.

The filings also show that Hulk, born Terry Bollea, created a will in 2016 and amended it in 2017, 2021, 2022, and most recently in July 2023. The estate is valued at approximately $5 million, with Nick named as the sole beneficiary.
However, the estate's declared value of $5 million, has raised questions given earlier reports estimating Hulk's net worth at around $25 million. According to The U.S. Sun, Hulk owned an $11.5 million mansion in Clearwater, Florida, had multiple business interests, and established both revocable and personal trusts before his death.
Legal experts say Hulk's wife, Sky, still has rights under Florida law. Estate law specialist June Frederiksen explained, "Even if Sky was left out of his estate and he didn't update his trust since they married, she would still get a spousal elective share, which she is entitled to 30% in Florida."

While Sky's claim is safeguarded by state law, Brooke's absence from the estate was reportedly by choice. As reported by TMZ, she asked to be removed from her father's estate plan in 2023 because of concerns about individuals in his inner circle.

Sources said she wanted to avoid potential disputes and instructed his financial manager to formalize her removal. While disappointed that her father did not place full trust in her, she has stood by her decision.
Although not included in the estate distribution, Brooke is a beneficiary of a small life insurance trust, which she intends to use for her children's education.
Public reaction online has been swift. On Instagram, a curious netizen wrote, "Nothing to his wife?? Man he really burnt through that Gawker money," referring to the millions the late wrestler won in his 2016 lawsuit against Gawker Media.
Another added, "That's not a lot. Good riddance. My Birkin Bag collection is worth more than his estate." A third chimed in, "Nick was loyal. He deserves it."

Over on Facebook, a commenter reflected, "People do really messed up things in life. But I would never leave my child out of the Will [sic]. Kinda sad." One commenter expressed sadness but stressed that the public may not know the full story, suggesting Nick could still choose to share the inheritance with Brooke if he wished.

Another reaction suggested that Brooke may have stepped away from the estate to avoid the stress of legal disputes, leaving her brother to manage it.
Others pointed to his legal history, noting that Hulk's $5 million estate appeared to contradict the $115 million settlement from his lawsuit against Gawker. Some also expressed broader surprise, saying they expected his decades in wrestling, television, and film to have produced a much greater fortune.

As previously reported, Hulk passed away on July 24. His final moments began with a desperate 911 call from his Clearwater, Florida, home, reporting a cardiac arrest and triggering an urgent response from multiple rescue units. Police said emergency crews arrived within minutes and fought for more than half an hour to save the 71-year-old icon.
In the audio obtained by TMZ, an operator was heard dispatching first responders using specialized lingo. "Bravo. Rescue 46, LR45, engine 46, cardiac arrest. Rescue 46, LR45, engine 46, fire attack bravo," the man said.
A censoring bleep cut him off for several seconds, likely to shield names and sensitive details, before the message was played again
The Clearwater Police Department later released a detailed timeline on its Facebook page, outlining exactly what had happened that morning.
The emergency call was placed at 9:51 a.m. EDT, and thanks to the quick response from the dispatcher, medics arrived at 9:56 a.m. They immediately began CPR efforts.
A request for police support followed shortly after, with officers arriving on the scene at 10:23 a.m. According to exclusive details obtained by People, medics were still performing CPR at 10:28 a.m. while also "working on getting him out to the ambulance."
Medics loaded Hulk onto an ambulance stretcher at 10:32 a.m., but he was pronounced dead at Morton Plant Hospital at 11:17 a.m.

During a press conference that afternoon, authorities stated they had begun a "death investigation," but stressed it was "standard" procedure. Officials confirmed there were no signs of anything suspicious.
"We will provide additional information when it becomes available," the department added on Facebook. "Our thoughts are with the family, and again, we ask everyone to respect their privacy. Thank you."
TMZ was the first to break the news of Hulk's passing, with People receiving an official confirmation from World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) soon after.
In their statement, the WWE expressed their sadness, acknowledging the Hall of Famer's significant contribution to the organization's global recognition in the 1980s as a highly recognizable pop culture figure. They also extended their sympathies to his family, loved ones, and admirers.
As the world learned of the tragedy, tributes poured in. Retired wrestling legend Ric Flair took to social media that same day, saying he was shocked by the loss.
"Hulk Has Been By My Side Since We Started In The Wrestling Business. An Incredible Athlete, Talent, Friend, And Father [sic]!" he wrote. "Our Friendship Has Meant The World To Me. He Was Always There For Me Even When I Didn't Ask For Him To Be [sic]."
Ric explained that Hulk visited him in the hospital when he almost died and even lent him money when his son, Reid Flair, was sick. "Hulkster, No One Will Ever Compare To You! Rest In Peace My Friend! 🙏🏻," the wrestler concluded.
On July 25, Hulk's wife, Sky, shared a photo of herself kissing his cheek, posting a heartfelt message about her grief. She admitted she had not been prepared for such a moment and described herself as heartbroken.
At the time, the WWE legend had been struggling with health issues, but Sky thought they would get through them. "I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time," Sky said, adding that the loss was difficult to understand.
She continued, "To the world, he was a legend… but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart." Sky also acknowledged how deeply her husband adored his fans and how tirelessly he worked to be present at every event, even when he was unwell.
"You meant everything to him," Sky finished in her caption. "He was a believer in Christ, and I take comfort knowing his soul is at peace and he's been welcomed home."
