Liv Tyler shares a sweet throwback photo with Steven Tyler while celebrating his 70th birthday
The actress celebrated his famous father’s 70th birthday through a sweet message. She posted a photo on Instagram to wish him a happy birthday.
Liv Tyler shared an old Rolling Stone cover where she planted a kiss on her Aerosmith rocker father. AmoMama scooped more info from Daily Mail.
At the time the cover was done, they had just worked on the 1998 Ben Affleck film Armaggedon together. She starred in the movie while he sang the soundtrack of the film with the song I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing.
The Inventing The Abbotts star wrote a lengthy caption with the picture. She penned:
“Happy happy birthday to you my darling daddy!!!!! 70 years young and 70 years wise. So proud to walk this earth with you. To be born a part of your wolf pack. Thank you for teaching me to never take no for an answer. To always ask more questions. To really look and really listen and to really feel everything. To feel joy and gratitude even when things don’t go as planned. To stop and smell alllll the roses along the way even if we get lost doing so. To stand up for and fight for what you believe in. To read between the lines and listen for the hidden rhythm in everything in life.”
The siren added:
“You are a force to be reckoned with, a true inspiration and when you open your mouth to sing you light up the whole world. Thank you. Happy birthday daddy. May all your dreams come true. I know you’ll be working hard to find them @iamstevent I love you!!!! @rollingstone a few years ago.”
But she did not just post only one photo, she also shared another series of snaps that were mostly in black and white. The photos were of Steven as a child and she included two videos from her kids as well as what looked like an artwork from the children that said, “Happy Birthday Papa Steven.”
Liz, 40, is engaged to Gardner and they have two children together: three-year-old Sailor and two-year-old Lula. She also has a son, 11-year-old Milo, with her ex-husband Royston Langdon.
What a sweet message and tribute to her father indeed. AmoMama wishes Steve Tyler a happy birthday!
