Jennifer Aniston reportedly 'crushed' to learn about Brad's professor 'girlfriend'

Some sources claimed that the 49-year-old actress is heartbroken again.

Hollywood Life reported that Jennifer Aniston was blindsided by the report that Brad Pitt has a new girlfriend, according to Daily Mail.

The 54-year-old actor is said to be dating MIT professor Neri Oxman, who bears a strong resemblance to his ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

Aniston and Pitt ended their relationship in 2005, sending a wave of shock and sadness around the world.

Several news outlets have reported that they are becoming close again following Pitt's split from Jolie.

The source added that the Bruce Almighty actress wanted to put her relationship with Pitt back on track since they are communicating again.

"When the both became recently single, Jen thought the timing couldn't be better, and she might have her fairy tale, happy ending with Brad after all. Jen never stopped loving him," the source continued.

Star magazine reported earlier that Pitt and Aniston 'have been secretly getting together for late-night hookups' with the help of the 56-year-old actor George Clooney.

These rumors come amid conflicting claims from other news outlets. There are publications who claimed that Aniston and Pitt hadn't spoken in quite a long time, while other reported that the actress leaned on Pitt during her separation with Theroux.
