Barack Hussein Obama is an American politician best known for being the 44th President of the United States.

Michelle LaVaughn Robinson Obama is an American lawyer and writer, who is best known for being the wife of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama which makes her the first African-American First Lady in the country.

The former first couple will not be attending the royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle this coming May 19.

However, the reason is not shady at all like many people are speculating as the Royal couple has decided not to invite any world leaders and dignitaries to the event.

Therefore, the current first family, the Trumps, will not be attending either.

A Kensington Palace spokesperson revealed on Tuesday:

‘It has been decided that an official list of political leaders – both U.K. and international – is not required for Prince Harry and Ms. Markle’s wedding. Her Majesty’s Government was consulted on this decision, which was taken by The Royal Household.’

The wedding is set to be much smaller than Prince Williams’ wedding which had over 1900 guests but they have a guest list of 600 people.

The guest list includes close family and friends, a lucky 1200 people of the U.K will get to stand on the grounds of Windsor Castle to get a peak of the wedding and around 300 people related to charities important to the royal couple.

At AmoMama, we are definitely looking forward to the wedding despite the former first family not attending.

What do you think of Meghan and Prince Harry not inviting world leaders?
