Last November, Jordin Sparks announced she was married as well as pregnant with her first child with husband Dana Isaiah. And just this week, the 28-year-old singer proudly revealed her growing baby bump as she shared a sweet video of her hubby kissing her bare belly marking their commitment to loving their unborn child.

On Saturday, Jordin professed her love for her baby as she posted a bible verse from the book of Isaiah to accompany her video. The verse read,

“...I have cared for you since you were born. Yes, I carried you before you were born. I will be your God throughout your lifetime— until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.”

She also added her own thoughts at the end of the verse saying,

“We got you, Lil Man. Forever.”

According to the Daily Mail's account, Jordin and Dana’s romance blossomed from an encounter apparently arranged by their parents. Without the intention of pairing them up, their mothers who met during Jordin’s ‘I,m M.A.D., Are You?’ charity in Houston in February 2017 set them up on a group chat hoping Jordin could convince Dana not to move to Los Angeles as he initially planned.

In an interview with People, Dana explained the circumstances.

"My mom was trying to get [Jordin] to talk me out of moving to L.A. because she's experienced the industry out here. It wasn't like, 'We want you guys to date.'''

However, when the two eventually met up in Los Angeles in March, sparks flew and Jordan even admitted she knew instantly that Dana was the man she was intended to marry.

“A couple days after we had actually met, I was like in my head "That's going to be my husband! That's my husband right there,' recalled the No Air singer.

“When I'm with him, I feel comfort and safety and calm and peace, and those aren't things that I normally felt. So it was a little wake-up call for me.”

True enough, just four months after they met, the couple tied the knot and now they’re happily looking forward to expanding their family.
