John Travolta proudly shows off his grown-up children during a rare public appearance

The Cannes Film Festival premiere of Solo: A Star Wars Story was a family gathering for the Travoltas.

According to Daily Mail, on Tuesday, May 15, for the screening of his and wife Kelly Preston's new crime film Gotti, the Hollywood stars were accompanied to the premiere by their children, Ella Bleu and Benjamin.

The outing marked a rare appearance for the couple’s kids. Kelly and John’s 18-year-old daughter stunned on the red carpet, looking all grown up as she posed alongside her famous parents.

Ella entertained the assistants dressing in a floor-length black-and-white gown and a matching black sweater. She completed her look by wearing her dark tresses down with statement earrings.

Meanwhile Benjamin, who’s now a 7-year-old, adorably sported a navy blazer, white trousers, and printed t-shirt. The happy family posed together at the event, which was attended by Gotti director Kevin Connolly and rapper 50 Cent.

John and Kelly are in the South of France to promote their upcoming film Gotti, in which he stars as the legendary crime boss John Gotti, and Kelly portrays his wife, Victoria. The crime drama covers the life of the infamous leader of the Gambino crime family.

Travolta and Preston were all smiles while attending the Cannes International Film Festival photocall for Gotti on Tuesday. The couple have previously co-starred in The Experts, From Paris with Love and other films.

The film is a family affair for the Travolta family with daughter Ella Bleu,18, starring as Gotti's daughter Angel Gotti. Rounding out the cast include Stacey Keach, Pruitt Taylor Vince, and William DeMeo.

Travolta loves Cannes. It's where Quentin Tarantino's "Pulp Fiction" debuted two decades ago and won the festival's top award, the Palme d'Or. This year's trip is more of a victory lap while premiering "Gotti."

Kelly and John have been married for 27 years. The couple suffered a tragic loss back in 2009 with the sudden death of their 16-year-old son Jett Travolta. Following the tragedy, the family welcomed their son Benjamin in 2011.
