Former couple Nicole & Eddie Murphy reunite to celebrate daughter's graduation in touching pic

The proud parents who share five children together are all smiles as they celebrate their daughter's special moment.

Eddie Murphy has a total of 9 children and while he’s also a celebrated Hollywood actor, he’s managed to be there for all his kids, making sure he’s present in important occasions in their lives. Just recently, he once again proved how valuable it is to show up by attending his daughter Zola’s graduation alongside his ex-wife and Zola’s mother Nicole Mitchell.

In an Instagram post shared by Nicole, Zola was sandwiched in between her proud parents who made sure she had all the attention on her special day. The beautiful daughter who stood taller than her two elders was wearing her blue graduation toga and pink flowers around her neck while holding on to a bouquet of more flowers most likely given by the ex-spouses.

Nikki was stunning wearing a beige off-the-shoulder cropped top and a matching skirt as she sported a pixie do while her ex-husband wore an all-black ensemble and a pair of shades. In her caption, the former model wrote,

“We are all so proud of you @zola.ivy”

She also shared two other photos, one of Eddie and her daughter and another of the three of them with another family member presumably Zola’s grandmother.

Nicole is Eddie’s first wife and they share five children in total namely Bria, Myles, Shayne, Zola and Bella. Eddie’s first child, Eric, was born in 1989 to Paulette McNeely. His second child, Christian was born a year later to the actor’s then-girlfriend Tamara Hood Johnson.

Following Eddie’s divorce from Nicole which was finalized in 2005 after 12 years of marriage, he began dating Spice Girl Mel B who eventually got pregnant with his child, born Angel Iris in 2007.

Eddie is currently in a relationship with model Paige Butcher with who he shares his ninth child, daughter Izzy who was born in May 2016. The couple have been partners since 2012.
