While the royal family was engrossed in the grand celebrations of Queen Elizabeth’s birthday, Prince Harry was seen gently guiding his new bride to curtsey at the right moment.

Last week, the birthday of Queen Elizabeth was celebrated in full fervor at the Buckingham Palace, and newlyweds Prince Harry and Duchess Markle were present at the traditional celebration.

During Trooping The Color, the members of the royal family, dressed up in suits, dresses, and hats, stood on the balcony of the palace, waiting to pay respect to the Queen.

At one point, the whole family paid a traditional tribute to Queen Elizabeth – the men bowed their heads and the women curtsied gracefully.

While other royals knew exactly when to take a bow, Prince Harry did not forget that it was the first event of its kind for his new bride.

A few seconds before the coordinated bows, Markle, who stood smiling pleasantly between Duchess Middleton and Prince Harry, whispered to her husband under her breath “Do I?”

Paying attention to her question, Prince Harry responded with a ‘yes,’ after which Markle curtsied and Prince Harry bowed in honor of the Queen.

Although attending Trooping the Color was a new experience for Markle, it was not the first time she curtsied. She had learned the technique and had displayed her skill at the royal Christmas Day celebrations.

People reported that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived for the Queen’s birthday celebrations at the palace in a horse-drawn carriage.

An insider revealed that Prince Harry appeared to be more nervous than his wife while taking the carriage. However, he looked relaxed when he and Markle were finally on the balcony.

Markle looked elegant in a light-peach-colored outfit designed by Carolina Herrera, paired with a matching hat.

The new Duchess will be a part of numerous events of the royal family, including the christening of Prince Louis, a solo trip with the Queen and a multi-country royal tour.
