The sweet way Gwen Stefani sang for Blake Shelton at his birthday party

In a video posted on social media, Gwen Stefani sang the birthday song for her 42-year-old romantic partner Blake Shelton at a celebratory pre-birthday dinner.

Country singer Blake Shelton turned 42 on Monday, June 18, however, his birthday celebrations began over the previous weekend.

Singer Gwen Stefani, who is known to be romantically involved with Shelton, shared a video on social media last Saturday, revealing that she was celebrating his birthday with their loved ones.

The video was taken from Shelton’s pre-birthday dinner bash at the BOA Steakhouse, West Hollywood. Besides the couple, Shelton’s brother and father were also present at the party.

Stefani was heard cheerfully singing ‘Happy Birthday,’ and she also offered her fans and followers a glimpse of the dessert and the sparkler that the group enjoyed that night.

She captioned the post exclaiming that the weekend had begun and posted an early birthday wish.

The 48-year-old diva also posted a close-up photo of herself with the birthday boy and doodled the outline of a heart around their faces.

According to People, an anonymous source reportedly witnessed the couple and revealed that they were holding hands and also fed each other, adding that they looked very happy.

After the early birthday dinner, Shelton and Stefani took a trip to Oklahoma with a few family members.

Stefani posted another video update on Monday, in which the group was seen having a great time at the pool and by the lake.

The lovestruck songstress’ gift to Shelton was a flagpole installed on his property, of which she shared a picture with her fans.

Inside the house, Shelton received a surprise birthday cake on behalf of Smithworks, Shelton’s brand of vodka.

Shelton and Stefani have been publicly supportive of each other. Stefani posted a heartfelt congratulatory message for Shelton on his wins at this year's CMT awards.

The duo has previously spoken about their relationship, and they have also been asked about taking their relationship to the next step.

In April, talk show host Ellen DeGeneres asked Stefani about whether the duo might tie the knot soon.

Without giving out a definitive answer, Stefani revealed that she thought about getting married to Shelton and that her children loved Shelton, too.
