The former member of the all girl singing group shared a sweet throwback video of her and two old friends singing to wish the one a very happy birthday.

Solange Knowles celebrated her birthday on June 24, and on the day in question a childhood friend, Kelly Rowland, took to her Instagram account to share an old video in celebration of the singer's 32nd birthday.

In the short clip, Solange and her older sister, Beyonce, can be seen singing and dancing around to The Cardigans' hit track Lovefool in the kitchen.

The girls seemed to be having an absolute blast, dancing like no one was watching them, and smiling, giggling, and acting at the camera as they went.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY FAV BABY SIS!" Rowland captioned the sweet clip.

The entire performance seemed to be entirely just for the fun of it, as they weren't taking themselves too seriously.

While Rowland was wearing a floral green shirt in the video, Beyone opted for a white tank top and her sister wore a black tank top. They all had their long hair loose, flipping it about as they danced and sang.

Since posting, the video has been watched over 1.1 million times, and liked almost 180,000 times.

Rowland and Beyonce later performed in the popular girl band Destiny's Child. Rowland actually lived with Beyonce and Solange's family from the age of 11, and the women have always been close.

Rowland has also always been an inspiration to the younger Knowles sister. At a recent performance at the Sydney Opera House, Solange gave a shoutout to Rowland, who was somewhere in the crowd at the time.

"The first time I came here [to Sydney] was when I was 13, I used to be a background dancer for Destiny’s Child. Shout out to my sister Kelly, who’s somewhere in the building. Kelly is super special, because when I was 15, and I would tell anyone that would listen, 'I wrote this song!' And they’d be like, 'Little girl, go do your homework.' Kelly actually listened to my songs," she told the crowd. "The very first songs that I ever wrote professionally were on Kelly’s first album, Simply Be, so shout out to Kelly for nurturing me."

Rowland took a photo at and a video of Solange's performance that day, and seemed to be brimming with pride in both.

Back in April, Beyone and Rowland also appeared together on stage at Coachella, along with former Destiny's Child band mate Michelle Williams, marking the trio's 20th anniversary.

It was the first time the three girls had performed together on stage since 2015, when they appeared together at the Stellar Awards. Prior to that, they performed together at the 2013 Super Bowl half time show.
