The actor has been taking a break from his busy work schedule to enjoy a relaxing overseas vacation, and showed of his rippling abs while swimming off the coast of Italy. 

Michael B. Jordan has been enjoying a European getaway, traveling through both France and Italy in the last week. The Black Panther actor was spotted on a boat just off the Island of Capri, and was dressed down in his swimming trunks. 

Jordan showed off his toned physique, 6-pack abs, and strong biceps as he soaked up the sunshine on the boat and at the dock.

He also enjoyed some time in a rowing boat, on which he sat back and watched as someone else rowed the vessel for them. 

On his European adventures, he has also been spotted taking some time out in the resort town of Positano with his friends, and in the South of France with Ashlyn Castro, his rumored girlfriend, in a nightclub.

Jordan has recently spoken out about the hard work he had to put in to get into shape to play his Black Panther character Erik Killmonger. 

During pre-production, he shared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he was drinking a gallon of water a day, working out two or three times daily, and eating 6 meals. He also confessed that the strict regime meant he had no social life.

The actor is currently set to voice a character to the upcoming anime show gen:LOCK, alongside actress Dakota Fanning. 

Jordan is also purportedly starring in the upcoming film Just Mercy, which is based on the Bryan Stevenson memoirs of the same name, and explores the case that propelled the career of the creator of the Equal Justice Initiative.

The initiative aims to help the poor, the wrongfully convicted, and death-row inmates that are trapped in the justice system. Jamie Foxx is touted to also have a role in the film, although this is as yet unconfirmed.
