Josh Brolin shares rare photo with 24-year-old daughter Eden and his father James

Unlike Thanos' solitary lifestyle, actor Josh Brolin is happily sunbathing, poolside with his family in the picture.

Avengers: Infinity War actor Josh Brolin is considered to be a private person and doesn't share a lot of pictures with his family.

It turned out to be an exception when he shared the beautiful photo on Instagram of him and father James Brolin, enjoying the sun at their home, along with his daughter smack in the middle.

A man of few words, Brolin simply captioned the pic 'Three Generations.' The aptly titled picture showed the progression of the Brolin family, with James Brolin, grandfather at 77, 50-year-old Brolin, and his 24-year-old daughter Eden.

The photo captured the essence of the Brolin family with all three generations crossing their legs in the same way and looking pretty comfortable in each other's company.

Recently Brolin has been making his way into the news cycle frequently, following a smashing year at the box office. The actor has been part of three blockbuster summer hits of the year in 2018, all of them being a part of a franchise.

The actor played the supervillain Thanos in the biggest hit of the year Avengers: Infinity War. It was followed by memorable roles in blockbusters Deadpool 2 and Sicario: Day of the Soldado.

In addition to the blockbuster work life, Brolin also announced back in June that he and wife Kathryn Boyd are expecting a baby. The baby will be Brolin's first child with Boyd. The couple got married in 2016.

In his recent interview with Good Morning America, Brolin revealed that the most excited person in his household right now was his stepmother, Barbra Streisand, who has been over the moon since the heard the news.

The Grammy award-winning singer has been 'in their face,' as Brolin jokingly describes, following all the pregnancy-related apps and continuously calling in to see if she can come to feel the baby.
