Amal Clooney wowed onlookers as she stepped out in Italy looking effortlessly chic in a blue dress with a printed car.

The 40-year-old human rights lawyer was spotted recently with her husband George Clooney, 57, and friends for dinner at Villa D'Este, in Lake Como, Italy, as reported by Daily Mail.

Amal sported a pair of orange shorts, which revealed her toned legs.

The brunette beauty paired the bold item of clothing with an oversized off-the-shoulder patterned silk shirt with a matching scarf choker.

The slender British lawyer looked even taller wearing a pair of nude heel sandals as she accessorized her look with a silver clutch bag.

Amal styled her hair into a bulky blow-dried hairdo and wore a light and radiant makeup.

George, on the other hand, wore a grey suit with an unbuttoned white shirt underneath and black shoes.

George, an Oscar-winning actor, shares twins, Ella and Alexander, with Amal.

Amal is gaining popularity for taking on high-profile cases. The latest one involves two Reuters journalists jailed in Burma, Wa Lone and Kyaw Soe Oo, who were arrested in December 2017.

Wa Lone and Kyaw Soe Oo are charged with violation of the country's Official Secrets Act, a statute that carries a maximum prison sentence of 14 years.

Amal, who has a Lebanese heritage, married George on September 27, 2014, at Ca' Farsetti.

The lawyer gave birth to Ella and Alexander on June 6, 2017.

The power couple has recently showed off their newly-refurbished $14 million-mansion in Berkshire, England.

Renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz was given access to the nine-bedroom property for a Vogue feature.

Amal, who specializes in international law and human rights, was also interviewed for the feature story.

Leibovitz also documented Amal's final fitting of her Oscar de la Renta wedding dress for her wedding in September 2014.
