Meghan Markle's alleged 37th birthday celebration plans revealed

Meghan Markle will be celebrating her first birthday as a part of the Royal Family. She is turning 37 on August 4th, but reports revealed the spotlight won’t be on her.

It appears as though Prince Harry and Markle will not be celebrating on her real birthday as the pair is expected to attend the wedding of Prince Harry’s childhood pal, Charlie Van Straubenzee.

Van Straubenzee will be tying the knot with Daisy Jenks on August 4th.

Prince Harry and his friend have been friends since they met at Ludgrove Prep School. They are very close and in fact, Van Straubenzee was also present during Prince Harry and Markle’s wedding in May 2018

Prince Harry will be Van Straubenzee’s best man, as revealed by Tim Rooke, known as Rookie, who is a royal photographer.

He took to Twitter to share that he won’t be present at the wedding to document the event since he will be on vacation.

He wrote, ‘Unfortunately I will be missing the wedding of Charlie Van Straubenzee and Daisy Jenks where Prince Harry will be best man on August 4th in Churt Surrey as I will be on the beach.’

Aside from Prince Harry, Van Straubenzee is also known to be close with Prince William.

He is also expected to be present at the nuptials with his wife, Kate Middleton.

The Van Straubenzee and Jenks wedding would not be the first one that Prince Harry and Markle will go to as husband and wife.

One month after their wedding, the married couple was a guest at the wedding of Princess Diana’s niece, Celia McCorquodale.

She is the daughter of the People’s Princess’ eldest sister, Lady Sarah McCorquodale.

Celia, who wore the Spencer Tiara Princess Diana used during her wedding with Prince Charles, was married to George Woodhouse in June at St. Andrew and St. Mary’s Church in Stoke Rochford, Lincolnshire.

As for Markle’s birthday celebrations, no actual plans have been revealed yet as to when they plan to celebrate.Last year, Prince Harry and Markle celebrated her birthday with a special safari trip to Africa.

The news comes after Markle was spotted at a polo event with Prince Harry where she was seen using the same clutch as Middleton’s sister, Pippa Middleton.
