This 35-year-old mother of three children has had a love-hate relationship with her weight for a long time. She gained weight over college, and during each of her three pregnancies, but she never managed to lose all of it completely.

Klizs realized that she had to take some extreme measures for the herself to stop feeling sluggish and lethargic, and to be more active for her kids.
Klizs had tried numerous diets before, and they did not bode well for her body. So, she avoided following a particular set of instructions regarding her consumption.
Instead, she just changed one component in each of her foods to just make it more healthy. Bread was changed from white to whole wheat, butter was replaced with olive oil, and sugar with maple syrup in her coffee.
Slowly but surely the results began to show. Her biggest change was eating one large salad a day, which filled her up and did not make her want to eat anything else in the meal.
The healthy salad that was filling too kept her going strong with her own plan. Her exercise routine includes resistance training and lots of running, which she does with her kids and her family dog.
She says that simple changes in her diet have improved not only her life but even impacted her family. Her kids are getting into exercising, and husband has started eating healthy again.
The 35-year-old Klizs believes that all her dieting plans were not to lose weight but to be more active and healthy. Her invigorated approach towards dieting made it possible for her to reach her health goals smoothly.
