Carrie Underwood's baby announcement sparks rumors about future baby's gender
Singer and songwriter, Carrie Underwood, shocked and delighted her fans yesterday with news that she is expecting baby number two.
Underwood shared a video announcement on her social media platforms on Wednesday. The first half of the video was about her 2019 "Cry Pretty" Tour.
Halfway through the video, the camera panned back to reveal balloons spelling out the word "baby" behind Underwood.

Even though Underwood didn't reveal whether she is expecting a boy or a girl, fans believe that she hinted to the gender. Did you spot it?
The Clues
Underwood was wearing a pink jacket while sitting on a pink couch with matching curtains in the background.
The balloons were also pink, and fans are convinced that the decor and theme of the video was a subtle hint.
The comments
Twitter user Linsay Ann asked if Underwood would officially announce the gender at the Country Music Awards, and added the hashtag "pink everything."
Taste of Country asked if the all pink set was a coincidence, and are taking bets on whether it's a boy or a girl, while Natalie was hoping for a girl as well.
On another note, Melissa said that "the way [Underwood] referred to the new baby as another fish in the pond" was her favorite part of the whole video.
