Baby Olympia's 'daughter' Qai Qai is 'injured' and on crutches in adorable photo

If you don’t know Olympia Ohanian’s “daughter” Qai Qai by now, we’re wondering where you’ve been all this while. Serena Williams shared a recent photo of her “granddaughter” with injuries and used the opportunity to pass across an important message.

Qai Qai is pictured in her pink jacket and purple tutu, but all is not well as the daughter of Olympia is wearing an arm and leg cast. She’s also holding on to two crutches that aid her walking.

Tennis champion, Williams, updated her Instagram followers with Qai Qai’s condition, along with an inspirational message.

“When you are having a rough day or weekend remember Qai Qai has an arm and leg cast,”

She said.

For those who don’t know Qai Qai, she is Olympia’s doll. Qai Qai is an ebony beauty, and she became famous after featuring in many of Olympia’s videos. The one-year-old daughter of Williams and her husband Alexis Ohanian is notorious for neglecting her baby.

It’s always a cute sight though, because one minute Olympia is hugging the doll as though her life depends on it, and the next she’s dropping her on the floor or ignoring her completely.

On various occasions, Qai Qai has been left at the mercy of the dog, stuck under furniture, and malnourished. Williams and Ohanian eventually step in to take care of Qai Qai.

Olympia’s doll is already as much of a celebrity as the girl herself. Earlier this month, Snapchat made a special filter for the two and Ohanian displayed it in a video he posted on Twitter. Ironically, the clip captured Olympia dropping her “daughter” again.

Qai Qai already has more than 1,000 followers and Twitter and over 23,000 on Instagram. She documents her neglect on both channels.

Serena’s latest photo of Qai Qai was reposted on her [Qai Qai] account and trailed by hilarious comments. One Instagram user observed:

“Doll's got more followers than everyone in my actual life”

Most of the remarks were from people who played along with the fun. This person wished Qai Qai a speedy recovery:

“Just here to check up on you Qai Qai. Thank God your situation hasn't worsened since this post. Get well soon baby girl and remember help is just a blink away”
