Remembering Darci Lynne Farmer singing the national anthem with her mesmerizing voice
It had been almost a year since “America’s Got Talent” Season 12 winner Darci Lynne Farmer debuted her actual singing voice without her puppets as she sang the national anthem at a soccer game.
The young ventriloquist wowed the crowd with her mesmerizing voice when she gave a patriotic performance at the OKC Energy FC soccer game.
Singing without her puppets, the 13-year-old sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” at Taft Stadium in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on October 15, 2017.
At the time, it hadn’t been long since she was announced as the winner of “America’s Got Talent” for its 12th season.

Farmer is famous for her ventriloquist acts, being only a teenager, as she expertly sings with her mouth closed.
Speaking with Just Jared Jr., Farmer opened up about winning the famous talent competition.

Recently, in August 2018, she once again appeared on “America’s Got Talent” during the first results show of the 13th season.

She was on the show to treat the fans with another one of her epic performances.
Farmer brought one of her puppets named Petunia and the two of them had a special duet of the song “Show Off.”
Like usual, the young ventriloquist was showered with cheers and applause from the crowd.
As for the judges – Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, and Mel B – the look of pride was evident on their faces while Lynne took the stage.
Mel B, in particular, was ecstatic since she was the reason why Farmer went straight to the live shows because the former Spice Girl gave the teenager the Golden Buzzer.
For the latest season, the show, which had its season finale on September 19, 2018, declared Shin Lim as the winner.
Lim was the second magician to win the famous talent show. For the second place, the acrobatic group named Zurcaroh claimed the spot, while violinist Brian King Joseph took the third spot.
