CELEBRITY MOM'S PERSONAL TRAINER
Erin Oprea is a personal trainer with a very special client list. Orea works with many country music personalities, among which are Carrie Underwood, Maren Morris, Kelsea Ballerini and Jana Kramer.
Both Jana Kramer and Carrie Underwood are expecting, and looking amazingly fit and toned, and Oprea explained why.
“Stay active — all day movement is super important. Jana walks and not just for the hour that we workout together, but throughout the day. We are still doing weight training like we did before, but with some modifications. Of course, we work to maintain those amazing legs with hill walking and squats.”
Oprea advises against dieting while pregnant, because gaining weight is important to the health of motheer and child.
“Pregnancy is really the time to maintain your best health. After having the baby and when you are cleared by your doctor, then come join my live virtual training and we’ll get you those [famous Carrie] legs!” While pregnant, “focus on eating clean.”
Oprea advises women to be cleared by their doctor for exercise, and to stay active. Oprea tells women not to get overheated, or allow their heart rate to rise.
She recommends walking as one of the best exercises for a pregnant woman, and points out that pregnancy is not the right time to lose weight and gain muscle. She tells her pregnant pupils to avoid sit ups, and any high impact exercises.
If Carrie Underwood's stunning form is anything to go by, Oprea gives great advice.
