Prince William's joke about Kate's outfit provokes some uncomfortable laughs

When we thought we would not see more men pointing 'jokingly' at women in public for their outfits, Prince William does it to his wife Kate Middleton. This is how the Duchess reacted.

He wanted to make an 'innocent' joke but it was not so much. Everything happened in the middle of an event at the military base of the British Air Force in Cyprus to accompany the soldiers who will spend the holidays away from home.

At the time of taking the pictures near a Christmas tree, Prince William laughed at the outfit of Kate Middleton as one that was confused with the decoration.

The prince seemed not to notice the blundering comment so much that he insisted: "Do you want me to get out of the picture?", suggesting that the duchess could pose alone.

Despite being surrounded by men dressed in camouflaged green military uniform, the prince only managed to make a joke in reference to the color of Kate's attire. At this point, it seemed to us that what a powerful man did would make 'joking' comments at the expense of a woman and her costumes had been discarded.

And, as if that were not enough, the outfit of the Duchess looked not only absolutely chic, it was also more than appropriate for the occasion: the color of her structured jacket model 'Duchess Blazer Army' of the Canadian brand Smythe ($ 695) with golden buttoning made a subtle reference to the khaki used by the military in combat.

Kate accompanied with unexpected high-waisted navy blue pants and wide leg Jigsaw ($ 166) -a style that we have seen more Kate Middleton, a chamois clutch 'Dora'de L.K. Bennett in the same tone of the jacket, Gianvito Rossi green pumps, and Asprey earrings.

To the "comfort" of many, the Duchess was quick to answer her husband.

Always in the place and after passing in front of some yellow sofas in the room of the military base, the prince warned the men that they had to "keep the pizza away from the armchairs".

To which Kate, without hesitation even for a minute, replied in front of everyone: "And for that, you are a nightmare."

There is no doubt that this couple has made a beautiful family, they even feel confident to joke in front of other people. But it seems like having a sense of humor runs in the royal's blood.
