Reba McEntire reportedly revealed her favorite way to celebrate Christmas
With Christmas around the corner, everybody wants to know how do his or her favorite celebrity likes to spend the holidays, so let’s see what country star Reba McEntire has to say about this.
The 63-year-old singer and actress has opened up about her favorite way to spend Christmas, and while her holiday traditions have evolved with the years, one thing doesn’t change: she is always accompanied by her 28-year-old son Shelby.
The “Going Out Like That” singer is already in full Christmas spirit after having hosted the CMA Country Christmas in Nashville special for the third time, and she revealed that she is already doing her Christmas shopping, from home.

SHOPPING ONLINE
"I'm an internet girl. So when I see something, I usually buy four, because I want one, and then I get somebody, you know, all my buddies or my nieces and nephews and kids and grandkids,” she said.
Getting her Christmas shopping done from the comfort of her home is something that she couldn’t do years ago, but this is not the only change that McEntire has welcomed in her holiday traditions.
A GOOD CHRISTMAS MOVIE
"I've got lots of new traditions. Shelby and I, we used to always watch ‘Christmas Vacation’ on Christmas Eve night. Now we watch ‘Elf’ and ‘Nacho Libre,’” she shared.
“If you've never watched Nacho Libre, you're probably saying, 'Why on earth is that a Christmas movie?' But it's a lot of fun, and we laugh a lot,” added McEntire.
“And the other ones we do, we hang out at home a lot more. And then of course, after Christmas, we take off and go on vacation," she revealed.
FINDING LOVE AGAIN
Another recent addition to her Christmas celebration is probably her new boyfriend Anthony “Skeeter” Lasuzzo, in whom she found love once again almost three years after her devastating divorce from her husband of 26 years Narvel Blackstock.
McEntire and Lasuzzo made their relationship public almost a year ago, and since then they have been spending quality time together, and they appear to be very happy with each other.
"Whether we’re in the mountains of Wyoming or in Italy, flying or riding the train, Skeeter and I have a great time!" McEntire captioned a recent photo slide of the two on Instagram.
HER TRIBUTE TO GEORGE H.W. BUSH
On December 6, McEntire performed the “Lord’s Prayer” at late former US president George H.W. Bush’s funeral, and she had to interrupt the song as she was overcome with emotion since its opening line, as Fox reported.
George W. Bush couldn’t hold back his tears as the singer delivered such an emotional rendition of the song.
The private ceremony was held at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Houston, Texas, following his lying in state in Washington. He was buried next to his beloved wife Barbara who passed away just months before him.
