Gabrielle Union steals hearts with sweet video of baby daughter smiling while staring at her mom
Actress Gabrielle Union took to Instagram to share a video showing her daughter, Kaavia James, smiling at her mother in the cutest way.
The short clip portrayed Kaavia lying on a baby seat looking directly at Gabrielle. The proud mother then stuck her tongue out and, after a couple of seconds, Kaavia smiled setting clear that she considered it was funny.
In the caption, Gabrielle pointed out that she loved her daughter’s smile. As soon as she uploaded that clip, her followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.
“She looks so beautiful and sweet when she smiles, so happy for you,” wrote one user.
“Looking like daddy lol I love it! Love sealed by God with this amazingly beautiful perfect gift. Amen,” admitted a second one.
“your smile seeing her smile [is] priceless brings joyful tears to my eyes God bless y’all [sic],” added another follower.
KAAVIA’S BIRTH
It is not the first time that Kaavia has melted people’s hearts through her mother’s Instagram account. Earlier this month, the proud mother shared a video showing very intimate moments during the birth Kaavia (November 7, 2018).
In the video, Gabrielle and her partner, NBA professional Dwyane Wade, were seated on a couch talking about their experience as parents. The actress said that she had undergone eight or nine miscarriages.
She set clear that getting pregnant was not the problem – keeping and developing the baby in her womb was. When the actress learned that she had adenomyosis, the couple considered that a surrogate mother was their best option.
GABRIELLE’S DEFENSE
Those clips hit the internet days after Gabrielle shared a slideshow shutting down shaming comments she has got in social media. In the first photo, Gabrielle was kissing her daughter’s forehead. The second part of the post was a video that showed Kaavia and a pediatrician checking her lungs and ears.
In the caption, the actress made it clear that her daughter was “surrounded by medical and child care specialists” and that she wouldn’t post anything that could put her daughter in danger or put her “up to unsolicited online medical or parenting opinions.”
Gabrielle said so because she got a lot of backlash for posting a video kissing Kaavia in the mouth, something that her followers didn’t like at all.
