'You don't live here': white man accosts black neighbor for no apparent reason
A white man was captured on video harassing a black neighbor.
African-American Chika Okafor posted on Twitter a video of his encounter with the white man.
“The arrogance is appalling but honestly, not surprising because far too many times people of color have been victims of this kind of behavior,” he captioned the video.
With the rise of social media, many similar incidents have been brought to the surface, many of which involved a white person calling the police on black people engaging in regular activities.

“I was racially profiled in my apartment complex last night. While I was with my friend Cassius Flemming waiting for a Lyft ride on the first floor of the building that I have lived in since mid-December of last year, this man interrogated me about where I live,” Okafor explained.
Okafor, a 29-year-old producer for the sports website Bleacher Report, said he was going to his company’s holiday party when the incident happened.

'YOU DON'T LIVE HERE'
“What are you doing in my building?” the white man can be heard asking him in the video. “You don’t live here.”
He added: “I’ve never seen you before. I’ve lived here 27 years.”
With the rise of social media, many similar incidents have been brought to the surface, many of which involved a white person calling the police on black people engaging in regular activities.
In one incident, a white woman called the police on two black men who were grilling in a park in Oakland, California. In another incident, a white woman called the police in on an eight-year-old black girl, whom she said was “illegally selling water without permit” in their San Francisco neighborhood.
JAILED RACIST
In Indiana, a woman was arrested after she defaced her new neighbor’s home and left a note threatening their black child.
Deborah Cantwell, 63, from Greentown landed in jail after a man reported to sheriff deputies in Howard County that his family’s newly-purchased home had been toilet-papered and a racist note left behind.
The man’s family had yet to move into their Greentown home, and he stopped by the house around midnight on his way from work.
The woman’s note was regarded as “racially offensive and threatening in nature” as it targeted the family’s black son whose age is not known.
The note reads: “No [expletive] wanted in this neighborhood- THIS IS A WHITE NEIGHBORHOOD – some people find [expletive] stressful YOUR [expletive] KID IS NOT WELCOME.”
