Actor and comedian Jim Carrey has made some scathing allegations against President Donald Trump. On Thursday Carrey tweeted a gruesome picture that was meant to depict the relationship between Trump and the Saudi Crown Prince.

In his caption, the star alleged that the president had been responsible for killing 34 journalists last year.

Jim Carrey has accused President Donald Trump and his administration of killing more than 30 journalists last year. The accusation was depicted in a gory image that showed Trump with what appeared to be the Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman.

Bin Salman was seen smiling broadly as he held a light for Trump. The comedian captioned the photo with an equally gruesome explanation.

Carrey wrote:

“34 journalists were murdered last year because tyrants like Trump demonized them for doing their jobs. Maybe this year he’ll get a new bone saw for his bday from his pal, the Saudi Slayer, and they can chop up the next body together. That’s what ‘fiends’ are for!”

Last October, Jamal Khashoggi, an activist and Washington Post contributor, was killed at the Saudi Consulate in Istanbul. On November 20, Trump released a statement on the incident.

He stated that it wasn’t clear if the prince was involved in Khashoggi's death. The president said: “Our intelligence agencies continue to assess all information, but it could very well be that the Crown Prince had knowledge of this tragic event — maybe he did and maybe he didn’t!”

In early December, a bipartisan group of 6 senators introduced a nonbinding resolution. It stated that bin Salman was “complicit” in his murder.

Khashoggi’s body was reportedly drained of blood before being dismembered using a bone saw. In retaliation to Trump’s statement, Carrey criticized the president’s relationship with bin Salman.

He published a cartoon depicting Trump cozying up to the Crown Prince as a dump truck dropped money in front of the White House behind them.

Carrey has been posting his critical artwork of Trump for months. In one picture, he drew the president as “The Wicked Witch of The West,” as a comment on his relationship with Russia.

Another image showed Trump as the Joker from "Batman."
