Kelly Ripa shares rare throwback photo of daughter Lola, and she looks like mom’s angelic copy

The "Live With Kelly and Ryan" host stole hearts with a recent throwback photo of her daughter.

The 48-year-old mother-of-three posted the photo of Instagram and explained in the caption that it was taken in 2002. Kelly Ripa added:

"Lola's first time at [Gillian Spier] in [Ocean city NJ.]"

Lola Consuelos turned 17 this year and was recently spotted in New York while attending the red-carpet CNN Heroes with her mother.

It's the first time Lola appeared in public since appearing at the CNN Heroes event back in 2018, alongside her siblings Joaquin and Michael.

Ripa shares her three children with her husband of 22 years, Mark Consuelos, who recently made headlines himself when he defended a photo of Ripa in a bikini.

Ripa met Consuelos on the set of "All My Children" in 1995, but unfortunately, they often spend time apart, due to their busy schedules.

Most of the time, Ripa can be found in Manhattan where she films the talk show "Live! With Kelly and Ryan." Consuelos was in Vancouver, British Columbia recently, filming "Riverdale."

Consuelos is best known for his role of Mateo Santos Senior in "All My Children." Both Consuelos and Ripa remained with the show until 2002. Ripa was also his love interest in the soap opera.

When his time on "All My Children" came to an end, Consuelos appeared in films such as "Cop Out," "The Great Raid," and My Super Ex-Girlfriend. He also appeared in 21 episodes of Alpha House.

Consuelos truly made a name for himself when he landed the role of Chapas, in the TV series "Kingdom." His most recent part is that of Hiram Lodge in "Riverdale."

He joined the cast of "Riverdale" in 2018, during its second season, portraying the villainous businessman President of Lodge Industries, and father of one of the main characters, Veronica Lodge.

The couple is very strict when it comes to what their children can and cannot do, such as controlling the amount of time Lola spends on her cellphone.

She also has the last say over what Lola gets to wear and bans items such as crop tops and tight clothing. Ripa does, however, allow Lola more freedom with certain outfits.

While the two are very close, Ripa makes it clear that she is the parent in this relationship and not just one of Lola's friends.
