The mommy-daughter duo looked gorgeous posing in front of some bushes wearing a set of matching sleeveless stripped pink dresses. Cairo’s outfit was completed with a pink bow headband, as she giggled in delight alongside her mom in the shot.

Mowry also shared a video with the same outfits—adding a denim jacket to her look—where she’s dancing in front of the mirror to Drake’s “In My Feelings” while holding a giggling Cairo in her arms.

GROWING UP SO FAST

Cairo will be celebrating her first birthday in May, and Tia is still in disbelief at how fast time has passed with her bundle of joy.

A few days ago, the dotting mom celebrated Cairo’s 11-months by sharing an adorable photo of the girl donning a pink dress with a flower print, matching pink shoes and a headband.

She captioned it:

“Wow, my baby girl is #11months already! Your spirit is shining through. You are so attentive, zen, and full of joy. Oh, the places and things we will do my darling. #cairo.”

Cairo is Tia’s second child with husband, Cory Hardrict.

BEING A BIG BROTHER

They also share 7-year-old son Cree, whom according to Tia, loves being a big brother although it wasn’t that easy for him at the beginning.

“At first, he was like, 'What is this? Who is this? Take her back!” Mowry recalled.

But as time passed, he finally embraced his new role, and became Tia’s immediate helper with Cairo.

He never changed a diaper though.

“He will throw away her diaper, going, 'Ew!' I'm like, 'Cree, you did that, too!'" Tia said. But "he knows where everything is, and he's extremely helpful,” she added.

RAISING A BOY VS. RAISING A GIRL

Talking about the differences between raising a girl and a boy, Tia opened to E! News stating that, while Cree is a part of her, Cairo is an extension of her being.

“I'm just so sensitive to everything about her, and I think it's just because I feel like I want her to grow up, I guess, continuing my legacy,” she said. And continued:

“I'm not saying as an actress or whatever; I'm talking about how I view the world and how I see the world, and how I believe that integrity and character and all that stuff is important. I just want her to be an extension of me and just make this world a better place.”

Mowry, who calls herself a feminist, said that teaching and guiding her daughter, “it's definitely been an incredible journey so far."
