Jessica Simpson's First Date Night Out with Husband After Giving Birth to Daughter Birdie
Jessica Simpson’s finally decided to take some time out for husband Eric Johnson after the birth of their daughter Birdie. The couple was spotted out together in Los Angeles for a date night.
It has been four weeks since the couple welcomed their baby daughter Birdie and the new parents looked happy as they walked hand in hand.
While Eric was casually dressed in a denim shirt and dark jeans, Jessica opted for a long, patterned dress and left her wavy mane loose.
Jessica took to Instagram to share a snapshot of her date night look.
“The resurfacing of cheekbones #CONTOUR,” she captioned the post.
A mother of three, Jessica is currently recovering from her C-section. Recently, she shared a photo of her other two kids, son Ace Knute, 5, and daughter Maxwell “Maxi” Drew, 6, to promote an app called “Peanut” which helps mothers.
“Recovering from a C-Section is no joke! I'm feeling thankful for these two older siblings looking over their new baby sister,” she wrote. “I think we all get so carried away with the excitement of having a new baby that we forget that we are going in for major surgery.”
Continuing her post, she added: “Then on top of that, we get home from the hospital, have to recover from the surgery, balance our new life as a parent to three kids and be a wife.”
She continued the post by thanking the app for providing “an amazing support” to connect with other moms and get advice. Furthermore, she revealed that she has been chatting with other moms who are in the same situation as her.
Previously, the former singer shared how she had “no idea” how she would manage to get pregnant again.
“I thought about [having another baby], but I didn't really know that it could actually happen,” she said.
However, she went through a lot of complications like insomnia, severe acid reflux, bronchitis, and anxiety as she conceived her “miracle baby.”
It is good to see Jessica getting back to her normal life after a tough pregnancy. We hope she will make a full recovery soon!
