This has been a great year for Tamar, personally and professionally.

Not only did she become the first African American to win "Celebrity Big Brother" in the US, but she also met the dashing Harvard-educated businessman and fell in love.

It looks as if things can only get better, and maybe the next time we see a photo of Tamar she will be sporting a ring on her finger.

So who is the dashing hunk who has swept Tamar Braxton off her feet?

David Adefeso was born in Nigeria and came to the US when he was 21 years old. At 22 years old, Adefeso passed all four parts of the CPA exam on his first try.

He enrolled in Harvard Business School, and become one of the youngest MBA students in the prestigious Ivy League school.

Soon after graduating in 1996, he embarked on a career in Wall Street at only At 26 years old he went to work in Wall Street, and by the age of 32 he was a multi-millionaire.

But there's a lot more to David, Tamar reveals.

"He's a standup guy, he's a different kind of guy," Tamar said.
