There’s nothing more precious than the sight of a baby laughing. Gabrielle Union just gave us a dose of this in her recent clip of her daughter Kaavia.

"PURE BLISS"

Many would probably react the same way we did when we first saw the adorable video of six-month-old Kaavia giggling. It is “pure bliss,” as Gabrielle describes it.

Carried by her father, Dwyane Wade and with her mother standing by, Kaavia appeared to be watching a woman in front of her who gets her into a giggling fit by making funny sounds. The little girl laps it up and laughs every time the woman would utter a sound. Her parents couldn’t help but beam with delight listening to the melody of their child’s innocence.

“Baby Laughter To Bless The Weekend,” Gabrielle wrote and we truly are blessed. “Pure Bliss,” she adds, and we couldn’t agree more.

Kaavia was born in November via surrogate. Gabrielle suffered a series of miscarriages (she counted “8 or 9” in her book, "We're Going to Need More Wine") and taking the surrogacy route seemed like her only option.

"MIRACLE" BABY

One fan couldn’t help but notice Kaavia’s baby teeth and it reminds us of how quickly time has gone. It seemed like only a minute ago when we celebrated the arrival of Gabrielle’s “miracle” baby.

Kaavia was born in November via surrogate. Gabrielle suffered a series of miscarriages (she counted “8 or 9” in her book, "We're Going to Need More Wine") and taking the surrogacy route seemed like her only option. When Kaavia was born, Gabrielle’s happiness was immeasurable and she even likened her baby’s smell to “heaven.” She’s been doting on her daughter since then.

She says it’s important that mothers don’t give in to pressures and expectations to enjoy a worry-free existence. “Dudes do it all the time,” she reasons.

"LIVE LIKE A DUDE"

As a first-time mom, Gabrielle has a lot to learn but she had one advice to give to other mothers that she lives by – “Live like a dude.”

Gabrielle expressed this during an interview to promote her latest project, “L.A.’s Finest.” She says it’s important that mothers don’t give in to pressures and expectations to enjoy a worry-free existence. “Dudes do it all the time,” she reasons.

Many could use a page from Gabrielle’s book and thanks to baby Kaavia, her laughter already erased all our worries for the day.
