Porsha Williams' Fiancé Dennis Responds after Affair Claims by Youtuber Tasha K

Porsha Williams’ fiancé, Dennis McKinley, is finally speaking out following allegations by YouTuber Tasha K that he’s having an affair with another reality star.

Tasha (real name Latasha Kebe) alleged in a video some days ago that McKinley, 38, was cheating on Williams, 37, with “WAGS Atlanta” star Sincerely Ward.

THE RESPONSE

According to Page Six, a rep for the businessman has however denied the allegations, claiming McKinley has never met Ward and plans to take legal action against Tasha.

US Weekly reports that McKinley is “being represented by Michael T. Sterling of Dreyer Sterling, LLC.” Sterling is the husband of Eva Marcille, Williams’ “Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT

A lawyer for McKinley further told Page Six:

“[Tasha K] published a series of false salacious and slanderous allegations against Mr. McKinley, either knowing they were false or with a reckless disregard for the truth of those statements … The derogatory comments about Mr. McKinley are made solely to damage his reputation, jeopardize Mr. McKinley’s ongoing businesses, and negatively impact his family. Mr. McKinley is sickened by the unprovoked and unfounded assassination of his character and reputation perpetrated [by] Ms. Kebe and her co-conspirators.”

THE OTHER WOMAN SPEAKS

The alleged mistress, Ward, is also shooting down the allegations, telling the outlet that she has no idea how she became involved in the rumor.

“Number one, I know Porsha, and I respect Porsha, and I would never be involved in this kind of trash,” Ward added. “Number two, I’ve never met this guy a day in my life … I don’t know how my name got thrown into it.”

“In Atlanta, it’s easy to have 6-degrees of separation [but] to my knowledge; I don’t even know if we’ve even been in the same room together,” Ward further said to E! News.

While Tasha K is sticking to her story, McKinley claims he’s already making moves to deal with the issue legally.

“My attempts to ignore this slander have only empowered Ms. Kebe to create more false accusations. We have already engaged the YouTube legal department about these outrageous statements and will seek every course of remedy available to us to protect my good name.”

PREVIOUS RED FLAG

Tasha’s allegations seem to have gained more attention because they emerged on the heels of break-up speculations trailing Williams and McKinley after the reality star briefly unfollowed her fiancé/baby daddy on Instagram.

Williams, who shares two-month-old daughter Pilar Jhena with McKinley, raised eyebrows on May 27 after she and her family – sister Lauren and mom, Diane – unfollowed the entrepreneur.

Although the “Dish Nation” co-host was following her man again by May 28, it did nothing to stop the rumor mill from running, especially since she’s staying silent on the infidelity allegations.

MORE RED FLAGS

McKinley himself may not have quite the clean slate. Besides Williams’ aunt recently calling him out for hanging out with too many women, a daughter to one of his ex-girlfriends leveled weighty allegations against him back in October.

The young lady, whose mom is Aoki Nicole, called McKinley “nothing but a fraud, crook, and a thief” and accused him of physically abusing her mom. She also outed him as a shady businessman who was only with Williams because he had been planning to be on TV for a long time.

“RHOA” fans will also recall that Williams’ co-star Kandi Burruss had her reservations about McKinley, even going as far as calling him a “dog” in one of last season's episodes.

Williams and McKinley last shared a photo of each other on May 19, but they continue to upload moments with their adorable daughter, Pilar.

Whether these two are still a couple, time will tell.
