Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger Get Married in Private Ceremony

Actor Christ Pratt has finally tied the knot with Katherine Schwarzenegger and the private ceremony took place at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California.

The beautiful couple said "I do" on Saturday, June 8, 2019, and it has been reported that they wanted the wedding to be a small and simple one but with all those they love in attendance.

Sources cited by People Magazine claimed that the bride didn't stop smiling in what was described as the happiest day for her, and that Pratt was "giddy with excitement."

A SIMPLE BUT LOVELY VENUE

The same sources reportedly said the venue was gorgeous, with plenty of flowers and greenery, which added an even more romantic tone to the ceremony.

ONLY THOSE CLOSE TO THE COUPLE WERE INVITED

As usual, the bride and groom posed for the traditional wedding photographs with some of the most important guests, such as Katherine's parents, Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The list of guests is yet to be fully revealed but Pratt's six-year-old son Jack, as well as his siblings — Patrick, Christopher and Christina — were spotted at the ceremony.

Pratt's good friend Rob Lowe also attended the famous wedding with sons Johnny and Matthew, as did 25-year-old Patrick Schwarzenegger, Katherine's younger brother.

KATHERINE'S BRIDAL DRESS

During the exchange of vows, the bride wore a beautiful off-the-shoulder gown with a veil and frothy rain, while the groom opted for a traditional black tuxedo.

39-year-old Pratt is believed to have delivered a heartfelt toast, thanking everyone for being there to witness the start of a new chapter in his life with Katherine.

THE PROPOSAL

The actor, who is most famous for his role as Star-Lord in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "The Avengers" franchises, announced his engagement back in February.

Pratt shared his happiness through his official Instagram account by posting a photo of himself being hugged by Katherine in which the gorgeous ring on her finger could be been.
