Gwen Stefani Shares a Touching Photo of Blake Shelton Kissing Her Father Dennis

Gwen Stefani, like so many other celebrities this weekend, took to social media on Father's Day to pay tribute to her dad, Dennis.

The 49-year-old singer and songwriter uploaded an adorable photo to Instagram Stories, showing her boyfriend Blake Shelton sharing a sweet moment with Dennis.

Shelton can be seen with his arms around Dennis while planting a kiss on his cheek. Stefani captioned it, "I love my dad," and added a big red heart emoji for good measure.

She also shared four photos to her timeline; two photos from when she was a child and two recent snapshots. She wrote in the caption:

"Happy Father’s Day to one of my favorite humans I know [hashtag greatnesses] always there for me and my boys I love I with all my heart."

Her post went viral and received more than 100,000 likes in a day. Back in May, Stefani shared a photo of her mother Patti to commemorate Mother's Day.

A PROUD PARENT HERSELF

Stefani is a mother to three boys, 12-year-old Kingston, 10-year-old Zuma and Apollo, 5, who she shares with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale.

Shelton has said in the past that he would like to have children. In the meantime, however, he has accepted Stefani's children as his own.

SHELTON AND STEFANI'S RELATIONSHIP

The couple met on "The Voice," and announced their relationship back in September 2015, shortly after Stefani's divorce from Rossdale and Shelton's divorce from Miranda Lambert.

Shelton's divorce from Lambert was a traumatic experience, and it took him a while to recover. A song he wrote shortly after the separation hinted that Lambert cheated on him.

Stefani had a similar experience and a heartbreaking divorce from Rossdale, who had an affair with their children's nanny, amongst other indiscretions

Stefani and Shelton were able to support each other because they were both going through the same ordeal. She filed for divorce from Rossdale in August 2015.

Now that Adam Levine is leaving "The Voice," Stefani will be returning as coach. She is excited about spending more time with Shelton on stage.
