The Victorian house that stunned viewers of the movie “Stepmom” has been put on sale.
The house, located on 501 North Broadway Nyack, New York, is being sold at $3,750,000, as shown in the website, Christie’s International Real Estate.
Among the most notable features of the house is a spacious living room with four sets of French doors.
Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon famously lived in the house in their 1998 film, “Stepmom.”
The website states that the house, named Glenholme, has been extensively renovated by the current owner.
“It has exhilarating Hudson views, wide lawns, and cascading waterfall brook. Enter via a splendid three-sided wrap-around veranda,” reads the house’s description.
STUNNING ROOMS
Among the most notable features of the house is a spacious living room with four sets of French doors, a fireplace, and a coffered ceiling. The house also has an intimate parlor and study, each with a fireplace.

The house, located in San Marino, California, has been put on the market for $11.8 million.
Winslet, who played a character named Iris, is seen in the movie blown away by the beauty of the house.
