Sara Haines Reveals First Photos of Newborn Son Caleb Joseph

Sara Haines introduced her new bundle of joy to the world in a heartwarming Instagram post. The television journalist and her husband, Max Shifrin, named the little one Caleb Joseph!

41-year-old Sara Haines is officially a mother-of-three! The great news came on Wednesday, June 26, as her representative disclosed to PEOPLE that Sara welcomed her son in the early hours of that day. The little bundle of joy weighed 8lbs.,15oz.

While speaking about the latest addition to their family, Sara said:

“Max and I are riding the life high of meeting this new little guy and the heart we just grew as he joins Alec and Sandra.”

Alec Richard is three while Sandra is 18 months.

The co-host of “Strahan and Sara” announced the happy news on their child's birth to her fans with a lovely photo of the newborn on Instagram.

Sara shared a slideshow of the new parents holding baby Caleb while in the hospital.

“Our beautiful baby boy, Caleb Joseph, has arrived. We couldn’t be more IN LOVE with our little guy and can’t wait for him to meet Alec and Sandra, a part of the caption read.”

Sara thanked all who sent kind messages to her family and cheered to a life of “sleep deprivation.”

Sara and Max revealed that they were expecting baby number 3 in January 2019. Sara spoke to PEOPLE about expecting a third child to her already busy life.

“We just figured out our one-on-one defense and now we have to move to a zone. Max and I are super excited while also being terrified! We are so grateful.”

The sex of the unborn baby was revealed in March on air during her show. Sara was given a cake, by her co-host Michael Strahan, to cut, to see if the inside contained pink or blue frosting as an indicator of the child's gender.

To her surprise, it was green. In that instant, daytime television star, Maury Povich handed Sara an envelope out of which he pulled a blue card.

Sara tied the knot to lawyer, Max Shifrin, in November 2014. They welcomed their first child Alec two years after in 2017 while Sandra came along in 2017.
