A FAMILY’S DAY OUT
July 4th was more than just a holiday for Jenna Bush Hager as she witnessed the uplifting scene of her two daughters sharing adorable moments with a baby doll.
She posted a picture from the memorable moment on Instagram with the hashtag #Practisingforbabybro. The daughters Mila and Poppy aged six and three respectively looked innocent and adorable in the photo which featured both girls cuddling the doll affectionately.
Their dressings were symbolic of the festive spirit in their printed dresses, colorful necklace, hair ribbons, and beautiful body drawings of the American flag.
The journalist and twin daughter of former President George Bush expressed her happiness with a caption which read:
“Happiest Fourth! I’m so grateful for our freedom and my family, and especially for all those who protect our beautiful country.”
BIG SISTERS CAN’T WAIT TO WELCOME NEW BABY
The Hager daughters are thrilled about the idea of a new addition to the family. The American news personality revealed this at the 2019 CFDA Awards while addressing "PEOPLE Now."
She explained how her daughters kept telling everyone that she was expecting a new kid brother. Her six-year-old has developed the habit of rubbing her mom’s tummy bulge repeatedly in an attempt to reach out to her little brother, whose name has not been decided.
THE PERFECT TIMING
Co-host of the show, “Today with Hoda and Jenna” admitted that although the timing of her third pregnancy was “kind of crazy,” it couldn’t have come at a better time.
The 37-year old who anchors the television show alongside Hoda Kotb is thrilled because her pregnancy coincides with the arrival of Hoda’s newly adopted daughter, Hope Cathrine.
She had this to say about the 54-year-old:
“Oh, she’s in heaven.”
The former first daughter was all smiles as she added that Hoda has never been happier. The wife of Henry Hager officially announced her pregnancy on April 22nd, following accusations that she hid the good news for almost six months.
Her revelation has since sparked heightened debates over the possible name of her arriving son, but the 37-year-old insists that the anticipation is part of the fun.
