The American Reality TV Star has been in a relationship with boyfriend, Matty Smith, for more than three years now.

Cecily, who is a top-rated social media personality, was excited to show off her boyfriend, who is a plumber by profession, to her 163,000+ followers on Instagram.

Cecily, whose birth parents are Keith A. Barmore and Beth Chapman (nee Smith), was born on the 19th of June, 1993, in Denver, Colorado.

She is best-known as Duane Chapman's step-daughter and Beth Smith's child. Initially, her mother got married to Keith, her birth father, on the 26th of August, 1991, after they had dated for a couple of years, but they divorced that same year.

Beth later got remarried in 2006 to Duane Chapman, who is a Bounty hunter, an American reality TV star and a former bail bondsman.
