ARod Shares Video Taken with Fiancée JLo during a Workout

Popular actress and singer, Jennifer Lopez, flaunts her toned abs during a workout session with her beau, Alex Rodriguez.

Famous singer Jennifer Lopez's fiance, Alex Rodriguez, took to his Instagram page to post a short clip of himself and J-Lo going through physical strength training as well as a cardio workout.

The clip is supposedly a sneak peek at the couple's fitness routine on the "Fitplan app." In the video, J-Lo looked fit in a white sports bra and matching white leggings with her hair bound back in a ponytail.

She had on boxing gloves as she went through a boxing routine with ARod.

Jay-Z's 'Run This Town" can be heard playing in the background as Rodriguez drops down for a floor workout before going after the punching bags.

The couple were joined by J-Lo's daughter, Emme, as the clip briefly captured the proud mother helping her daughter pull her hair away from her face. He captioned the post:

"Take the next step to better fitness with @fitplan_app. More great content is coming soon! Link in bio to sign @ufcgymkendall is amazing and UFC gyms No. 2 and 3 are the way! Midtown ... you're next! #305life"

In the comments section, fans had only praises for the loved-up couple:

"Couple goals," a fan stated. "Dynamic beautiful duo," another echoed.

Fitplan had a repost of the video clip on their Instagram page with the caption:

"'Who's ready for us to drop A-Rod's Fitplan?"

Fans are still in suspense as the caption did not specify when the routine would be made available on the app. The Fitplan app provides numerous workout routines from a variety of trainers. The application also enables the user to track the progress made. Landon Hamilton and Cam Speck co-founded the application, and interested users can subscribe for various flexible plans.

J-Lo recently celebrated her 50th birthday; however, she still retains her curves and has no qualms flaunting them whenever she feels like. Two days after her birthday, the singer uploaded a mouth-watering snap on her Instagram page.

The snap featured her in a bold red one-piece swimsuit which showed off her ample curves. Rodriguez and Lopez have been engaged since March and they look great together.
