Ex LHHATL Star Joseline Hernandez Reacts after Allegedly Losing Custody of Bonnie Bella to Stevie J

Joseline Hernandez finally reveals the real story surrounding the custody of her daughter with Stevie J following social media posts showing the warring co-parents on good terms.

The fog seems to have cleared up between Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J who, for months, have been embroiled in a heated custody battle over their daughter, Bonnie Bella. Their recent social media posts reveal they’re now friends and Joseline as of late is clarifying the real story behind their daughter’s custody.

THEIR BITTER BATTLE FOR BONNIE

Fans were treated to a front-row seat watching the drama unfold between Joseline and Stevie since splitting up months after their two-year-old was born.

Joseline has slammed Stevie more than once for failing to see their daughter who was living with her and being remiss in his child support payments. The tables were turned by the end of July when Stevie slapped the Puerto Rican star with an arrest warrant for violating his visitation rights.

The threat prompted Joseline to turn over Bella to Stevie who was also awarded temporary primary custody by the court until August 15, the day they were scheduled to return to court to sort out their issues.

We’re guessing things went well during their hearing seeing that Joseline and Stevie were together in one lunch table, a sight followers of their story didn’t imagine in their wildest dreams.

A SURPRISING TURN OF EVENTS

In a surprise twist of events, August 15 came and the first photo we see on Stevie’s feed is of him having lunch with Joseline and their daughter with some of their “Love and Hip Hop” castmates and even Joselines’s boyfriend, DJ Ballistic and Stevie’s attorney, Adamma McKinnon.

Stevie didn’t address the elephant in the room in his caption but simply wrote, “Client Lunch Love n Hip Hop Style.”

We’re guessing things went well during their hearing seeing that Joseline and Stevie were together in one lunch table, sight followers of their story didn’t imagine in their wildest dreams.

Neither did they imagine seeing a photo of Joseline and her boyfriend with Stevie and his wife, Faith Evans carrying Bonnie which is exactly what was in store for them in the music producer's August 23 post.

PREVIOUS REPORTS ABOUT THEIR CUSTODY AGREEMENT

It would later be reported by Bossip that the court granted Stevie temporary physical custody of Bonnie and visitation rights for Joseline.

In the same breath, Stevie will no longer be required to pay his $1,000 a month child support. Instead, both parties will shoulder the cost of supporting their child when in their care. They were also reportedly requested to take parenting classes before returning to court in the fall.

THE REAL STORY ACCORDING TO JOSELINE

Meanwhile, Joseline also seemed to suggest that all is well between her and Stevie when she re-posted a clip of Stevie and his daughter, Eva wherein Stevie says "we're good" and sent out “much love and respect” for her.

And just yesterday, Joseline finally revealed her side of the story pertaining to Bonnie’s custody. Sharing a photo of her with her daughter, the sexy reality star wrote,

“...let me give you the story myself....The Primary custody of my daughter belongs to her Mother and her Father. s sad that you so call reporters obtain fake paperwork to ruin relationships. So if you had a question of her where abouts........ She’s in the sky!”

Joseline is certainly in cloud nine having her daughter back in her care. It is safe to assume that this time around, though, Bonnie will be sharing equal time between her mother and father who are now friends again.
