Stevie J Requests Arrest Warrant for Joseline Hernandez after She Disregarded the Custody Agreement for Daughter Bonnie

Joseline Hernandez finally turned over her daughter, Bonnie Bella to her father, Stevie J after she was issued an arrest warrant for failing to adhere to their custody agreement.

It appears it had to take Stevie J to issue an arrest warrant for Joseline Hernandez to finally comply with the demands of their child custody agreement. She has reportedly turned over their daughter, Bonnie Bella to Stevie’s camp after succumbing to the pressure of an arrest breathing down her neck.

STEVIE EMPLOYS EXTREME MEASURES TO SEE HIS CHILD

Stevie J has had enough of Joseline’s defiance of their custody agreement pertaining to their two-year-old and has finally sought the help of the court for his ex to listen.

According to Stevie who demanded Joseline’s arrest, she’s been denying him his right to see their child despite a custody agreement that allows him to do so. Under their agreement, Joseline was awarded primary physical custody of Bella but it also entitles Stevie to visitation rights.

According to the warrant, if Joseline still refuses to turn over Bonnie to Stevie, she will be arrested by LA County’s Sheriff Department.

WHY HE DEMANDED JOSELINE'S ARREST

Between the period of July 28 to August 11, Stevie claimed he had a right to see their daughter but instead of handing Bonnie to him when he flew to Miami to see her, Joseline reportedly denied him the opportunity and instead flew back to LA with Bonnie.

Tired of the runaround, Stevie sought the help of his attorney Adamma McKinnon to secure a warrant of arrest for Joseline from the judge in their custody case. According to the warrant, if Joseline still refuses to turn over Bonnie to Stevie, she will be arrested by LA County’s Sheriff Department.

JOSELINE FINALLY GIVES IN

Understanding the threat that the warrant poses to her, Joseline reportedly responded by finally turning over Bonnie to Stevie’s older daughter who lives in South Florida since Joseline and Bonnie were back in Miami by the time the warrant was issued. Bonnie and her older sister were to fly to LA to reunite with Stevie shortly.

As of yesterday, Stevie and Bonnie appeared to be finally together. He shared a photo of the little girl sleeping and wrote, "Woke up next to an angel this morning #BonnieBellaJordan #DaJordans"

Five days ago, Stevie shared a photo of Bonnie with her older half-sister, Eva. He praised God for their reunion after over a year of not seeing each other.

STEVIE REUNITES WITH BONNIE

As of yesterday, Stevie and Bonnie appeared to be finally together. He shared a photo of the little girl sleeping and wrote, "Woke up next to an angel this morning #BonnieBellaJordan #DaJordans"

Due to the warrant, Stevie now holds sole physical custody of Bella until August 15 when he returns to court with Joseline to settle their custody issues.
